-Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that introduce basic concepts like colors, shapes, numbers, and letters.
-Establish routines, maintain a clean and safe classroom, and supervise children during play, rest periods, and meals.
-Guide children to develop essential social skills, independence, and cognitive abilities through interactive activities and positive reinforcement.
-Regularly communicate with parents about their child's development, progress, and any behavioral concerns.
-Enforce school policies and safety rules to ensure a secure learning environment for all children.
-Work with other teachers and staff to share ideas, develop curriculum, and support the overall school community
-Be a good school/ center ambassador.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood development and Education/ Certificate in ECD (with minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a preschool setting) from government accredited college.
-Minimum 2 years experience in interacting with children in a setting for diploma teachers.
-Basic computer literacy skills is added advantage
- Must be knowledgeable about current trends in Rationalized curriculum.
-TSC registration is added advantage but not a requirement for this position.
